WCAG2ICT Draft for review

Meetings and Communication

The WCAG2ICT TF conducts its work using a variety of synchronous and asynchronous tools. Work is being done via teleconference, email and GitHub issues.

These tools are used by participants of the Task Force. For ways you can contribute, see How to Comment, Contribute, and Participate.

Weekly teleconferences are being held on Thursdays at 10:00 AM Eastern (Boston time).

Mailing Lists

The WCAG2ICT TF uses the public-wcag2ict-tf@w3.org mailing list (mailing list archives) for email discussion. Participants are automatically added to this mailing list when they become a participant of the Task Force. Members of the public can post to this list to send input to the task force.

Publications

How to Comment, Contribute, and Participate

To join the WCAG2ICT TF, individuals must be participants of the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group. Participants are expected to actively contribute to the work of the Task Force. If you are interested in participating in the WCAG2ICT TF, email the task force leadership and working group chairs at group-ag-chairs@w3.org and include a little bit about what you’re interested in and how you think that you may be able to contribute to the Task Force. Then follow the instructions on How to join the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group. Once you have joined ask Daniel Montalvo to add you to the task force.

Work Statement

The WCAG2ICT Task Force Work Statement defines the objectives, scope, approach, and participation of the Task Force. The work statement has been approved by the Accessibility Guidelines WG.
